Our mission is to transform communities globally by delivering compassionate aid, spiritual hope, and sustainable resources to every individual in crisis.  House of Mercy Outreach Services is committed to empowering global communities through transformative education, mental health advocacy, and essential social services to champion human rights and sustainable unity.  House of Mercy Outreach Services is dedicated to empowering lives through local counseling, education, and social support while relentlessly championing global human rights.

 To bring others to Christ by showing selfless love through practical outreach that addresses their educational, emotional, financial, and legal needs.  Through these services, we protect the rights of marginalized individuals to live with dignity, economic security, and family unity.

House of Mercy Outreach Services in Georgia approaches human rights through the lens of family preservation,  social justice, and systemic advocacy.  We view the stability of the family unit as a fundamental human right and work to prevent systemic separation through specialized mediation and restorative practices. 

House of Mercy Outreach Services in Georgia advocates for human rights by championing family integrity and the inherent dignity of all individuals.  Based in Covington and Atlanta, the organization protects individual dignity by providing family mediation,  professional neutral training, and holistic support to prevent the unnecessary separation of children from their homes.

House of Mercy Outreach Services upholds human rights through  several key  pillars:

1.  Family Preservation  & Restoration 

At the core of our mission is the belief that children have a right to grow up in a safe, stable family environment. 

.  Conflict Resolution:  we provide mediation to    resolve high-conflict domestic situations that might otherwise lead to separation of families by the state.

.  Individualized Intervention:  By creating tailored plans for families, we address specific root causes of instability - such as lack of resources or communication breakdowns to keep the family unit intact.

2.  Social & Economic Rights

The organization works to protect the basic rights of marginalized communities to have access to food, shelter, and employment. 

.  Education Initiative:  We focus on empowering the underprivileged through education, recognizing it as a fundamental tool for improving lives.  This includes:

     A. Early Childhood and Youth:  Providing preschool,  non-formal education for out-of-school children, and remedial support for school goers.

     B.  Specialized Training:  Offering bridge courses for dropouts and vocational training ingredients for women and widows to foster financial independence. 

.  Professional Training & Job Placement:  We advocate for the right to work by connecting individuals with job training and career development resources to break the cycle of poverty. 

.  Resources Coordination:  In the metro Atlanta area, we facilitate access to financial assistance, housing resources, and disability services for those who are often overlooked by larger systemic structures. 

3.  Right to Mental Health & Healing

We advocate for the right to trauma informed care as a standard of social service.

.  Therapeutic Mediation:  Our approach integrates healing techniques into legal and social mediation, acknowledging that emotional well-being is a prerequisite for justice.

.  Psychoeducation:  We provide accessible training in anger management and coping strategies, empowering individuals who may have been disenfranchised by the legal or Healthcare systems. 

4. Systemic Advocacy

Through our Thursday and Friday professional training sessions, we educate other " neutrals" ( mediators,  lawyers, or social workers) on how to operate with empathy and human rights-centered frameworks.  This helps change how the broader Georgia legal and social system interacts with vulnerable citizens. 

CORE SERVICES

Mediation Therapy: We offer online family mediation and facilitation aimed at healing relationships and resolving conflicts to keep children safely with their parents. 

Professional Training:  We host a Mediation Therapy Training for Neutrals every Friday to enhance skills in active listening, negotiation,  and communication. 

Community Support: The organization connects families with job training,  financial assistance,  and parenting classes to address roots cause of instability.

THE FAITH SCHOOLS

House of Mercy Outreach Services operates several specialized educational and vocational programs in Georgia, focusing on restorative justice and career readiness.

.  Christian Vocational School:  This program provides workforce development and job readiness skills rooted in faith-based principles.

. Faith School/Hybrid Academy:  The organization utilizes hybrid learning models and mastery-based frameworks like Accelerated Christian Education to support diverse student needs.

.  Neutral Training:  Specialized workshops are held for professionals and " neutrals" in the mediation field.

.  Community Education:  These services focus on global human rights, counseling, and restorative frameworks to empower the metro Atlanta communities.

Justice: Advocating for structure that protect the vulnerable and promote right relationships.
