At House of Mercy Outreach Services, our mission is rooted in the belief that emotional wellness, family unity, and quality education are fundamental human rights.   Systemic challenges like financial hardship should never force the separation of children from their parents.   By integrating localized family preservation efforts with our specialized educational institutions, we provide Georgia families with the tools they need to heal, remain together, and thrive economically.  Furthermore,  our vision extends beyond domestic borders, utilizing our virtual infrastructure to implement critical educational initiatives overseas.

At House of Mercy Outreach Services,  we believe that true family preservation requires looking at every aspect of household's needs.  Educational disruptions for children and financial instability for parents are two of the leading root causes of family crisis.

To address these challenges directly, our Georgia Education Initiative bridges the gap between family preservation and long-term economic independence by partnering with Faith Christian educational programs. 

Flexible, Faith-Based Schooling During Times of Family Transition 

Traditional school schedules can add immense pressure to families undergoing mediation or mental health counseling.  Our partnership with the Faith Christian Academy Hybrid Learning program provides an adaptable, supportive alternative that protects both the student's academic future and the family's healing process.   

.  Crisis-Responsive Scheduling:  Students can 

   split their time between structured online 

   coursework and in-person instruction, giving 

   families the scheduling flexibility required to 

   attend counseling, court, or mediation sessions 

   without the child falling behind. 

.  Trauma-Informed Christian Environment:  

   Children learn in a  safe, values-based  

   community  that reinforces the core principles

   of reconciliation, communication, and 

   emotional resilience. 

   Voucher Support:  Eligible families transferring 

   from underperforming districts may qualify for

   direct state educational funding to cover   

   program costs.

Operating from our administrative office in Georgia,  Faith Christian Academy Hybrid Learning directly protects vulnerable households by removing academic and behavioral stress from the home.

.  The Hybrid Collaborative Model:  We combine

    professional online classroom instruction with 

    structured, parent-led home learning activities.  

    This model gives Georgia parents the flexibility 

     to work and participate in clinical healing or

     mediation therapy without sacrificing their 

     child's education. 

.  Support for Learning Disabilities:  Led by 

   experienced counseling and educational 

   professionals, our curriculum focuses on 

   individualized student plans.  By prioritizing 

   children with learning differences, we prevent 

   the educational neglect risks and severe 

   household anxiety that often trigger child 

   welfare interventions. 

.  Utilizing Georgia Education Funds:  We actively 

    assist local families in applying for state-

    funded program like the Georgia Promise 

    Scholarship and specialized K-12 tuition 

    vouchers.  These government programs allow

    parents to redirect public education dollars to 

    fully cover hybrid tuition, textbooks, and 

    academic therapy services.

Economic hardship is a primary driver of household instability.   Through our direct partnership with Christian Vocational Schools, we provide accelerated, career-focused pathways designed to move parents into stable, high-paying jobs.

.  Targeted Trade Certifications:  Parents in our 

   case management program gain direct access 

   to specialized trade certifications, adult 

   education tracks, and hands-on skill 

   development.

Economic Self-sufficiency:  Faith Christian Vocational and Professional Schools International 

True family restoration requires a sustainable household income.  Through Faith Christian Vocational & Professional Schools International, we empower Georgia parents, older youth, and adult family members with immediate career-building tools.

.  Accessible Career Tracks:  Offered entirely 

   online, our programs allow parents to complete

   technical certificates and professional mastery 

   courses, such as our continuing education 

   certificate in mediation therapy through the 

   Faith Christian School of Social Sciences.  This 

   equips individuals for high-demand social 

   service roles right here in Georgia. 

.  Workforce Funding:  Our case managers 

    connect qualifying low-income or displaced 

    workers with Georgia Federal workforce Grants

    (WIOA) and vocational rehabilitation funds 

     to eliminate out-of-pocket tuition barriers.

.  Holistic Support Pipelines:  Case Managers 

   work directly with the vocational school to build 

   individualized Intervention plans, offering 

   sliding-scale tuition options and coordinate 

   childcare resources while Parents complete 

   their training. 

.  State Funding Integration:  Programs are 

   aligned with state workforce development 

   standards, allowing qualified participants to 

   utilize state grant vouchers and adult training 

   scholarship allocations to fully cover tuition 

   costs.

The core philosophy of House of Mercy Outreach Services is that poverty and lack of resources should never dictate a child's future, whether in Georgia or across the globe.  Because our vocational and academy structures utilize advanced virtual frameworks, we are uniquely equipped to implement educational initiatives. 

Haiti faces immense systemic barriers, political unrest, and severe economic challenges that directly threaten the fabric of the family.  Our overseas expansion plans are prioritized to bring educational infrastructure to Haitian communities:

. Eradicating Illiteracy via Remote Hubs.  We 

  want to deploy our 100% online learning models

  directly into Haiti.  By establishing remote digital 

   learning hubs with solar and satellite  

   connectivity, we can provide the poorest

   children  and families with access to premium, 

   faith-based K-12 instruction. 

. Global Vocational & Professional Mercy 

  Education:  We leverage Faith Christian 

  Vocational & Professional Schools International 

   to deliver career and business development 

   courses in Haiti and the Third World.  Our long-

   term vision is to transform this platform into a 

   world-class international university, training 

   global leaders in business, community health,

   and social sciences to foster economic 

   independence and preserve families worldwide.
